How to Turn off Potential Customers

TIP OF THE WEEK: Consistency is key. A neglected social media profile is a definite turn-off for potential customers.  Remember that many people will look you up on social media before contacting you directly about your business, and they will assume that there are similarities between the way you manage your social media profiles and the way you manage your business.

This is great motivation to be professional and consistent on social media. Do you have a complete profile set up? Do you post on a regular basis and engage with other people? Is all of your contact information, including your website, listed correctly? So set a calendar reminder at least once a week to post updates and make new connections.
