Time to dispel a very common coaching misconceptio Time to dispel a very common coaching misconception! ⬇️ A lot of people think coaching sessions are super rigid, where I squeeze you into a template or agenda that I’ve set in advance with no input from you. Couldn’t be farther from the truth! I just got off Zoom with a monthly coaching client who came with a long list of social media questions and challenges she’s been having. I met her where she was, went down the list at the speed she was comfortable with, answering her questions and addressing her challenges. She felt so much better at the end, I could practically feel her sigh of relief through the screen! If you’ve got a list of questions or things that are tripping you up on social media, DM me to schedule a Zoom coaching session and let’s get you unstuck! #socialmediacoaching #womensupportingwomeninbusiness #socialmediahelp #workingmamalife #workfromhomebusiness

Working with other marketing professionals is a un Working with other marketing professionals is a unique challenge, so it was an honor to receive such high praise from a seasoned agency owner who took a chance on me when I was first starting my business. "I have had the pleasure of working with Kate as a social media strategist and content creator on our clients' social accounts, and I can't recommend her highly enough. What sets Kate apart isn't just the quality of the content she produces — it is how reliable and easy she is to work with. Deadlines are never a question mark; deliverables consistently show up on time, polished, and aligned with what we've discussed. Kate also brings a proactive style to every project, flagging opportunities and surfacing potential issues before we have to ask, rather than waiting for direction. That initiative, paired with creativity and real strategic thinking, means Kate often functions less like a contractor executing a brief and more like an advisor — someone whose perspective on what will actually resonate with an audience I have come to trust and seek out. Collaboration with Kate feels genuinely easy and like a true extension of our team. If you're looking for a social media strategist and content creator who is dependable, forward-thinking, and brings real strategic value beyond the deliverables themselves, I'd point you straight to Kate." Nothing makes my day like hearing how a client's m Nothing makes my day like hearing how a client's marketing journey is going, especially a female entrepreneur reinventing herself and her business in one of my favorite fields! I'm honored to be along for the ride. Here's what Tracey Wright Brady, Functional Nutritionist at @holistica_nutrition, had to say after completing two consulting sessions and then my 6-week reboot program 👇 "Working with Kate has been such a pleasure and a huge help. I needed some direction for my social media and marketing efforts to target my evolving niche. Kate came highly recommended. We had two sessions where we reviewed my website, brochure and a few ideas for social media where I hadn’t been very active. When I was deciding on next steps, Kate made me aware of what she offers with absolutely no pressure. Her 6-week reboot was the perfect option. It’s given me exactly what I needed – some structure around my communications strategy and schedule, plus the motivation to create targeted posts. Kate’s terrific with feedback on both logistics and content, so I’ve learned what I need to keep my momentum going. The 6-week program has added tremendous value to my initial sessions. I’ll definitely turn to Kate for help with future challenges in my business!" #happyclient #clientreview #socialmediacoaching #womeninbusiness

Namaste, marketing strategy. Hello, tiny paws on my face. 🐾 HR please don’t contact me. KIDDING! 😂 About the business part, anyway. Not about this being the most fun, joyful class in my 25 years of yoga practice. Wishing you fun, lightness and joy this weekend. ✌🏼 #puppyyoga #puppyyoganorwalk #selfcaresaturday
